Hoy se cumplen 81 a\u00f1os de la Expropiaci\u00f3n Petrolera en M\u00e9xico, un acto de nacionalizaci\u00f3n de la industria que se hizo oficial a trav\u00e9s del decreto anunciado el 18 de marzo de 1938 por el entonces Presidente del Pa\u00eds, L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas del R\u00edo.<\/p>\n

Por tal motivo, se celebr\u00f3 un acto c\u00edvico en la explanada del Centro Hist\u00f3rico, con la participaci\u00f3n de Escuelas Primarias y Secundarias de la ciudad, bajo la coordinaci\u00f3n de la Escuela Primaria L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas del Rio donde se record\u00f3 el hecho que permiti\u00f3 el desarrollo de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

La ceremonia dio inicio a las 8:30 de la ma\u00f1ana con los honores a la Bandera; alumnos y el personal docente del mencionado plantel educativo dieron la bienvenida a las autoridades municipales y educativas.<\/p>\n

En representaci\u00f3n del Presidente Municipal Dr. Francisco Javier \u00c1lvarez Ch\u00e1vez, estuvo el Director de Desarrollo Social y Humano, el TSU. Ra\u00fal Garc\u00eda Carmona, acompa\u00f1ado del Oficial Mayor Lic. Francisco Ochoa Valdovinos, Directores y Jefes de \u00e1rea del Ayuntamiento, as\u00ed como el Director del Conalep \u2018\u2019Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Mart\u00ednez\u2019\u2019 el Mtro. Ernesto Mart\u00ednez S\u00e1nchez.<\/p>\n

En su intervenci\u00f3n Garc\u00eda Carmona, record\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n que el general L\u00e1zaro C\u00e1rdenas del R\u00edo, fue quien impuls\u00f3 la Expropiaci\u00f3n Petrolera, con el objetivo de transformar al pa\u00eds y, al mismo tiempo, hizo el reparto de tierras, a fin de beneficiar a los ejidatarios para que pudieran sacar adelante a sus familias.<\/p>\n
