Ra\u00fal Everardo Guti\u00e9rrez Casta\u00f1eda bajo las recomendaciones de Protecci\u00f3n Civil indic\u00f3 a todas y a todos regresar a sus hogares para descartar da\u00f1os serios en la estructura del H. Ayuntamiento.
